Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll happily replace it.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue may be required.
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We offer one-time size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of size exchanges unless the error was on our end.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Refunds are only issued if:
- The ordered item is unavailable after purchase.
- A replacement cannot be provided for a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
